It is a good reminder for the title holding congregation to remember to do this. There was one case where the congregation bought a piece of property, in Philadelphia, they were deciding on the design for the Kingdom Hall they wanted to build on it. They never filed the paperwork to try and get it exempt from property tax, and they didn't bother looking to see if it had a tax lien on it. Eventually the property was seized by the county and sold at auction, so the congregation was out the purchase price for the land, it was around 250k

There doesn't always have to be a male present. There are plenty of times where it is two women at a cart.

It is confirmed that Russia Supreme Court has ruled that Watchtower in Russia cannot appeal this warning by the prosecutor to liquidate the Administrative Offices. It was posted on jw broadcasting that the court ruled on this. That does not mean that it is liquidated or in the process but that the prosecutor can bring this before a court and if the court agrees the liquidation can go forward. It is not the banning of witnesses but it is that the congregations that have been prosecuted have lost their property and the administrative offices will also probably lose their property as well.

For this you have to remember that in Wales there are estimated to be about 562,000 Welch speakers that is supported by only 10 Welch congregations. There are in comparison 41 English congregation in Wales. So there won't be a lot of elders who speak Welch so they are needing to be able to play a recorded talk because it has to be given all in the same night.

Ownership does reside at the local level. Current bylaws that are being put into place state that if the kingdom Hall is sold the proceeds go to Watchtower bible and tract society or a corporation designated by the governing body of Jehovah's Witnesses. And the board of directors at the local level is made up of local individuals who are elected by the voting members of the title holding congratulation. Normally voting members are defined as this of majority age in that state who are baptized and have their active publisher cards at that congregation.

The husband may have felt he was flirting and the man may have been flirting. But to just equate asking for lotion with flirting is a far stretch.

Your analogy of the baseball stadium is not equal. Obviously these individuals see each other often and is not a stranger. A better analogy would be if you go up to a woman at work and ask her for lotion or an aspirin are you flirting with her?
